Recent Client Profile

The following is a recent example of how Bad Credit Mortgages operates:
Please note that Bad Credit Mortgages follows a strict code of professional ethics, therefore any names are fictitious.
  • Miss Johnson was working in full time employment as the manager of a local fast food restaurant.
  • She came to us with total debts of £27,500.
  • She was struggling to meet her minimum payments of £800.00 per month. The interest charges were adding up. Her financial problems had reached such a high level that she was having problems coping.
  • Within one week we had negotiated the debts down to  £7,875.00 and stopped all further interest charges.
  • Miss Johnson and the people she owed money to agreed to her paying £155.00 a month over a four year period.

This agreement is governed by law - [the insolvency act (1986)]. We have helped numerous clients in a similar manner throughout the United Kingdom.

Quite simply, if you owe amounts over £10,000 we aim to  reduce the debt by at least two thirds, stop any interest payments and consolidate the debt into one monthly payment and arrange a suitable and realistic period for repayment.
