| Not very pleasant
was it????.... when you were turned down for
credit because of that CCJ or Default notice
on your credit file. |
 |
| Restore
your
Credit Rating |
| It is possible to have
your CCJ legally removed from the records
to restore your credit rating in a few weeks,
sometimes in a matter of days |
 |
| You can now arrange
to have your CCJ legally ''Set aside' from
the court records and those of the credit
agencies. |
 |
| As far as they
are concerned, your CCJ will no longer exist. |
 |
| Your record will be
clear with you credit rating intact, enabling
you to obtain goods or loans you need. |
 |
| Providing you have not
made a written defence to your summons, or
attended court as Defendant, then the system
will allow us to help you. |
 |
| Perhaps you have just
been refused credit because of a CCJ and have
no recollection of court action. In this case
you should contact one (or more) of main credit
agencies, who, for a fee of £2, will
give you details of all your credit defaults.
The two main credit reference agencies are
EXPERIAN and EQUIFAX. |
