Our Unique Process.
Following the completion of our your enquiry will be electronically allocated to an independent mortgage adviser. All advisers are fully qualified, and partake in regular training and compliance sessions. This is very important to us at BC Mortgage Services as it is our intention to build a happy long-term client base.
You will be e-mailed an introduction to your adviser, along with e-business card, so that you have the necessary information to contact your adviser at anytime.
You will be instantly notified by e-mail of any additional information required, using an easy to complete mortgage questionnaire form. All information will be contained on a secure server, and will remain confidential between you and your adviser.
We like our clients to remain in control, so the preferred methods of contact are both phone and e-mail. It may be possible to send an adviser out to see you in person at your request, but we find that most clients prefer to work remotely.
Once the adviser has obtained the information they require to find you the most appropriate deal to meet your needs, he / she will source from the entire UK market using in-house regularly updated mortgage sourcing software. He / she will e-mail out recommended product illustrations for you to look over, and discuss the Key Features with you in detail.
